Julia started her procurement career 12 years ago where she worked for Abi-InBev in South America. During 11 years in Ab-InBev she successfully ran strategic sourcing projects in commercial, services, property maintenance and logistics categories as well as managing teams and Procurement operations involving source to pay processes, market assessment, suppliers management, strategy building, online e-auction strategies and Procurement transformation implementation.

Categories that Julia was responsible for, together with her reporting team amounted to £160m per annum. Julia’s experience has allowed her to build deep experience in the fields of projects, procurement and people management, negotiation skills and transformation in procurement.

Julia recently joined Marr Procurement from KPMG as a Senior Consultant, specialising in sourcing work and Procurement platform implementation.
