Head of Analytics

Joanne joined the analytical team in May 2018 bringing over 15 years of experience working in analytical roles for Blue Chip companies.

After gaining a BSc(Hons) in Mathematics, Statistics and Operational Research from Exeter University, Joanne worked for British Airways for 9 years across a number of commercial areas including sales, revenue management and global distribution. Joanne has worked on projects including the development of Terminal 5, providing analytics for negotiations with suppliers such as Amex and as part of the longhaul inventory management team responsible for delivering route revenue. As well as delivering analytics, Joanne also managed teams of analysts, ensuring output was robust, timely and well communicated. Since leaving BA, Joanne has worked as an analytical consultant for companies including Thomas Cook, SES Water and Sustrans where Joanne worked on analytical reports for the Scottish and UK Departments for Transport.

Joanne joins the analysis function working with clients to ensure identified savings are clear and accurate.
