Gill Weston

Principal Consultant

Gill is an experienced Account and Project Manager and is a Resourcing Subject Matter Expert.  Gill started her career in the Retail sector and after five years move into the Finance Sector, specifically accountancy, again developing her Account Management skillset.

Gill was responsible for managing a large programme involving guiding contractors about IR35.  The Finance Sector allowed Gill to further develop her experience in both the Private and Public Care Sectors, after which Gill spent ten years working for a leading Neutral Vendor organisation, helping client’s to manage, in a compliant manner, their use of contingent labour.

Gill’s specialism is to support clients to reduce their reliance on agency, and to deliver savings.  In addition, Gill is an experienced Programme Manager with deep experience of working with social care organisations to implement new Neutral Vendor organisations.

When Gill isn’t working,  she runs marathons, completes long distance bike rides and loves trekking with her Basset Mabel.
